We have considerable expertise in the development of risk analysis models (e.g., Monte Carlo simulation) and schedules which have been successfully used to determine the degree of probability of reaching a project defined target, be it a time based or cost based specific. We design risk analysis schedules and reports which are developed from project parameters and constraints. Techniques are applied to assess the maximum project risks and assist in the informed decision making process. Risk analysis procedures can be run at the conceptual stage of a project and also during each project phase to determine if project goals can be met on target and within budget. We are practiced and experienced in the production of risk analysis modules and schedules and providing alternative path of project sequencing scenarios.
