ProjCon can help you here by conducting an independent risk analysis (using tools such as Pertmaster/Primavera Risk Analysis) providing probabilistic completion dates (P10, P50, P90 etc.).and as well identifying and mitigating the risk involved in project. 

The process begins with understanding the Project Scope, Contracting Strategy, Schedule Basis and Assumptions document along with native files of the Master Schedule and the Level 1 Schedule. We then involve Client's project planning team in the risk review process to understand the overall basis, associated risks and facilitate the discussion with delivery teams/responsible owners which enables us to rate risk events. 

The risk review concludes with a presentation of the preliminary results followed by a formal report. Security and confidentiality is our top priority and hence the results are NOT shared with anyone beyond Client authorized representatives.
