Projects

ProjCon Consultants provides the Project services who have a wealth of project controls experience, the majority of which has been gained in the oil and gas business in both the upstream & downstream sector (offshore and onshore), power projects (coal and combined cycle) and LNG Terminals . We are also actively pursuing to explore other areas of business such as Infrastructure, Rails, & government projects and are positive about the same. 

Below are some examples of the projects in which we have been involved with and the level of responsibility at which we have been engaged. 

Project - ENEL Porto Tolle Carbon Capture Unit, Italy 
Project Description : Reimbursable FEED contract for refurbishment of current coal fired unit facility and adding CO2 Capture Unit (CCU) 
Services Provided : Overall Project Planning & Scheduling support from UK Office 

Project - Kinsale Energy UGS Feasibility Study & Pre-FEED, Ireland 
Project Description : Reimbursable feasibility study and Pre-FEED contract for building a U/G gas storage terminal in Ireland. 
Services Provided : Overall Project Planning & Scheduling support from UK. 

Project - South Hook LNG Import Terminal, United Kingdom 
Project Description : EPC project of 7.8MTA grass root LNG import Terminal in Milford Heaven, Wales, UK. The scope includes a ship unloading system, five full containment 155,000 m3 LNG storage tanks, regasification and send out system and marine works. 
Services Provided : Project Controls Support including Project Planning & Scheduling functions, Cost Engineering and Management, Risk Analysis, Delays Analysis and Quantification from UK. 

Project - Atlantic LNG 4 liquefaction Expansion Project, West Indies 
Project Description : EPC contract for expansion of LNG liquefaction facility at Trinidad, West Indies. 
Services Provided : Overall Engineering Project Planning & Scheduling support from client locations. 

Project - Springerville Expansion Power Project (2x400MW Coal Cycle), USA 
Project Description : EPC contract for expansion of Coal based Power plant by 400x2 MW at Arizona, USA 
Services Provided : Overall Engineering Project Planning & Scheduling support from client locations. 

Project - INA Standard Power Plants Project (Cottonwood (4x300MW), Redbud (4x300MW), Magnolia (3x300MW), USA 
Project Description : Three power plants (combined cycle) mentioned above. This was a unique project in terms of engineering design being standard, which was replicated for all 3 project sites with site-specific changes. Locations of these projects were Texas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma USA.
